Corn Republic Parrot Head Club

The Corn Republic Parrot Head Club is responsible for cleanup of the Rock Island Trail between Calvert Street and  Nebraska Parkway.  We pick up and remove litter from the trail and  the mowed area on each side of the path about once a week during months when the weather is suitable for walking and biking. -- usually between April and October.  We log the time spent and report that information to the city to record as part of their volunteer community service program.
